Board of Directors

Highlands of Edinburgh First Association was created in 1985 in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota with the goal to meet the needs of the neighborhood's homeowners.

The Board is elected at our annual meetings on a rotating-term cycle. Each Board Member serves a two-year term before they are eligible for re-election.
