Property Changes

To keep our neighborhood looking its best and in keeping in line with the guidelines of the Green Book, we ask that most external changes, additions, or removals receive Board approval.

Board approval must be given before projects are started. Projects could be subject to project reversal/removal, or fines may be enforced if the project does not comply with City of Brooklyn Park or Green Book recommendations and ordinances.

When filling out the request form below, please be as thorough as possible. We understand that there may be some factors, such as start and end dates, that can not be known during the request phase. Use your best judgement when answering.

Make sure to upload any and all documents you already have as well, including blueprints, color swatches, plant names and sizes, etc.

Please allow up to 72 hours for an initial reply. Remember, the Board member are serving in a volunteer capacity.
